I work at the Pharmacy Drug Distribution Centre in Langley as a Pharmacy Production Services Manager, leading a dynamic team dedicated to the seamless provision of oral and intravenous (IV) medications across 13 hospital sites. Together, we navigate challenges that may come from the pharmaceutical landscape, ensuring the reliable delivery of approximately 50,000 doses daily.
I am immensely proud to lead such a capable and dedicated team of pharmacy technicians and assistants. Together, we have not only met but exceeded expectations in the fast-paced and demanding field of production-based pharmacy. The unwavering commitment, exceptional teamwork, and adaptability of each team member have played a pivotal role in our success.
