Sharan, an accomplished human resource professional, started her career at Fraser Health in 2021. Since then, she has played a key role in projects involving benefits administration, onboarding and talent acquisition. In 2024, she joined the Executive and Senior Leadership Acquisition (ESLA) team, where she now focuses on recruiting physicians and senior leaders.
Sharan consistently shows a strong dedication to supporting human resources throughout the Fraser Health region, always with appreciation and enthusiasm.Â
