Career tip

“Throughout the hiring process, spend time researching the role and organization, as well as preparing a selection of detailed questions to ask the hiring manager. The potential hire has to be a good fit for both sides, so don’t be afraid to ask questions that provide you with further clarity about the role. By doing so, this may also offer you another opportunity to highlight your unique skillset and experience!”
