Career tip
“Building a personal relationship with colleagues and clients is the foundation for a strong working relationship. Taking the time to get to know one another on a personal level fosters trust and creates a supportive work environment. Prioritizing relationships not only helps in achieving professional goals, but also contributes to a positive and fulfilling work experience.”
Before joining Fraser Health in early 2024, Elizabeth spent eight years as a senior recruiting associate leading headhunting efforts for a variety of high-profile positions across various sectors. In addition to her executive search expertise, she has a background in physician recruitment working in Australia, where she lived for four years before returning to B.C. to raise her young family in the mountains of Squamish.
With a deep passion for health care, Elizabeth feels fortunate every day to contribute to an organization like Fraser Health that positively affects thousands of lives daily. Elizabeth says that knowing her efforts help improve the well-being of so many people truly inspires her and keeps her motivated, making her excited to embark on her second year in supporting senior leadership at Fraser Health with their recruitment needs.
