Registered nurses (RNs): your specialty nursing career is calling! Whether you’re wanting to expand your scope of practice or you’re already a specialty‑qualified nurse looking for the next step in your career, we want to meet you.

We’re committed to lifelong learning at Fraser Health, supporting your career growth while ensuring we deliver safe, ethical and high‑quality care to our communities. This is a great to opportunity to get 100% of your tuition covered while getting paid to learn and specialize in your nursing career.

Throughout the month of April, we’ll be hosting a micro-series of virtual information sessions hosted by our clinical development specialists and recruiters to explore different specialty areas.

Register today – Get started by submitting your information and selecting your specialty area(s) of interest. In each session, you’ll:

  • Learn more about that specific specialty area and pathways to becoming specialty qualified
  • Identify practice areas that align with your goals and passions
  • Learn about opportunities for Specialty Nursing Education (SNE) and intake deadlines
  • Ask questions and plan your next steps

NOTE:

  • If you’d like to learn about more than one (1) specialty, please select your primary and secondary area(s) of interest.
  • Someone from our recruitment team will follow up with a Microsoft Teams virtual invitation that includes the confirmed date and time of the session for the specialty that you have expressed interest in. Please keep an eye on your inbox!

Nursing specialty areas include:

  • April 1: Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and Cardiac

Are you an internationally educated nurse?

The process to immigrate to Canada does require some time and effort, but once you arrive here you will quickly see why Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley in British Columbia is one of the best places to call home. Learn more about bringing your practice to B.C.
