Kim is a Respiratory Therapist at Peach Arch Hospital in beautiful oceanside White Rock, B.C. She describes a day at work as “rewarding, challenging and fun”.
“The teamwork and great community feel is something I’m most proud of [working at Fraser Health]. I have grown as a leader and mentor over my years working with the new staff in our department.
We have respiratory therapists from across all different sites in Fraser Health and other health authorities who bring in different perspectives. If you want to be part of a great team with a positive attitude, day in and day out, this is the [place] for you.”
In Kim’s spare time, she enjoys travelling, playing with her children and playing soccer.
Fraser Health is the heart of health care for over two million people in 20 diverse communities from Burnaby to Boston Bar on the traditional, ancestral and unceded lands of the Coast Salish and Nlaka’pamux Nations and is home to 32 First Nations within the Fraser Salish region.
