Bring your positive energy and your outstanding organizational and people skills to the challenging and rewarding role of Analyst, AR Expanse in New Westminster, B.C. The Analyst, AR Expanse works as a member of the Expanse team and is responsible for providing quantitative and qualitative information analysis and reporting to support strategic decision and policy-making by the Expanse team.

Build on your career experience as you:

  • Develop and maintain reference materials related to systems and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and consistent usage by users.
  • Assist in conducting audits to monitor processes related to data quality.
  • Analyse, compile and report on data findings to the Coordinator.
  • Identify discrepancies in reported data and conduct additional investigation into discrepancies.
  • Participate in strategic planning support and change management services by assisting the Coordinator in streamlining business functions, processes and best practices related to systems and utilization for the Accounts Receivable department.
  • Assist with the system analysis by participating in the establishment of system scope and objectives, conducting feasibility studies, planning or modifying procedures to solve system problems, and preparing detailed specifications for development work.
  • Assist in the implementation of projects including process review and testing of system and application functionalities related to business processes.

Your background includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Information or Computer Science,
  • Supplemented with three (3) years’ recent related experience with business and systems analysis in a large complex organization, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

This is a temporary full time position until June 2023 and is based at our office conveniently located in UpTown, New Westminster.
