Do you want to ADVANCE? Are you a champion of change? Are you passionate about helping people thrive in complex and changing environments? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced change consultant to play an integral role in preparing for and implementing a major clinical systems transformation.

Advance is a multi-year technology-enabled program which seeks to improve the way we deliver care and the way patients experience care for better outcomes. The program focuses on re-imagining clinical workflows, enabled by the new Meditech Expanse Platform. This change consultant position will be part of the Advance Organization Change Management Team as well as part of Fraser Heath’s dynamic team of internal Transformation Consultants. You will be delivering site-focused change management services supported by experienced senior leaders who will inspire you to be creative and innovative.

You will have a demonstrated application of change management skills and methodologies, working with various stakeholders. The keys to your success will be your collaborative and flexible approach, critical thinking skills and experience navigating organizational change, ideally in a clinical operations and healthcare context. To hit the ground running you will use your proven success in working on technology-enabled transformations.

In this role, you will make a difference as you:

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop strategies and shape complex transformation initiatives that improve health care and patient outcomes;
  • Design and deliver change strategies and project and change management services to support people to successfully adopt and sustain new ways of working;
  • Engage multiple stakeholders in inclusive and innovative ways to build collaborative coalitions.

This challenging and rewarding experience will demand your best and allow you to grow and contribute in a meaningful way to the success of the program and the community at large. This is a temporary full-time position, available until March 31, 2023. The passionate and supportive team you will join offers a hybrid working model with a blend of home and site-based work.

Are you motivated to join us? We will be looking for you to have the following:

  • Master’s degree in Health Administration, Leadership, Organization Development, Business Administration or a related discipline supplemented with project and change management courses, and
  • At least five (5) years' recent, related experience.
