We currently have exciting opportunities for Rehabilitation Assistants who would like to work on a casual (on-call) basis in areas such as: Acute, Subacute & Long Term Care. If you're someone who is looking for a rewarding challenge, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

Build on your education and career experience as you:

  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to assist designated patients with their rehabilitative activities.
  • Assist patients with mobility, strengthening exercises, and walking programs.
  • Participate in assisting patients adapt to their activities of daily living including, but not limited to, self-care, meal management, clothing modifications, dressing etc.
  • Transport patients to and from rehabilitative treatment area utilizing mechanical aides such as wheelchairs and stretchers.
  • Report observations of patient behaviours and progress to therapists/nurses.


  • Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant program,
  • One (1) years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
