The Vice President Regional Care Integration is an Executive Leadership position accountable to the Chief Executive Officer. Tasked with leading the community and primary care services and working in partnership with other members of the executive team to ensure integration with acute services.

As a member of the Executive Team, the Clinical Operations Committee, and the Senior Leader for Care Integration you will set the strategic direction for areas of responsibility including:

  • Acquired Brain Injury Program (ABI)
  • Choice in Supports for Independent Living (CSIL)
  • Chronic Disease Management
  • Community Living BC (CLBC)
  • Frail & Older Adults
  • Home Health
  • Mental Health & Substance Use
  • Palliative Care/End of Life Care
  • Primary Care implementation
  • Residential Care & Assisted Living

Are you motivated to join us?

Here is what will be integral in your success:

  • Master's Degree in Health, Business Administration
  • Fifteen (15) years or more of experience including at the senior leadership level of a complex health organization
  • Validated leadership in development, implementation and evaluation of complex service delivery systems
  • A track record of building coalitions and forming partnership to achieve goals
