The Lead, Corporate Information & eHealth is a dynamic role, allowing you to expand on your experience. This role will be responsible for the support of existing and implementation of new applications relating to the Facilities & Support Services Portfolio.

Build on your career experience as you:

  • Mentor and support in the implementation of an interoperable solution that enables integration of clinical and business workflows across core clinical systems at FH, numerous other regional and provincial integration initiatives;
  • Provide business area support in their use of the health information exchange solution;
  • Providing consulting to an assigned portfolio in the areas of knowledge management, decision support and in corporate business areas;
  • Perform complex business analysis while leading small to medium information systems projects;
  • Lead team members and partner with clients to facilitate change management strategies for specific projects.

Are you motivated to join us? We will be looking for you to have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years recent related business and systems analysis experience and project management experience within a medium to large sized organization, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

An asset to this role would be:

  • Knowledge and support of applications within a health care environment.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Networking (LAN/WAN concepts, understanding of OSI model)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server concepts (AD, GPO, SCCM, MS Exchange), troubleshooting and maintenance in a highly secured environment.
  • The familiarity with security and privacy best practices.
