At Fraser Health we have a Director level role that will allow you to combine your leadership skills and your clinical knowledge to support the provision of health care at Langley Memorial Hospital - Medical, Surgical and Quality.


As a community hospital, Langley Memorial Hospital provides a range of primary, secondary and some specialty services, including 24/7 emergency, general and internal medicine, general surgery and select surgical specialties (such as orthopedic), critical care, obstetrics, pediatrics, and adult inpatient psychiatric care. Langley Memorial Hospital also offers day surgery and other ambulatory, outpatient services. Diagnostic imaging, inpatient and outpatient laboratory services, and a full service pharmacy support various hospital programs and their patients.

  • Develop strategic and operational plans and work with a network of Regional programs, centralized services, hospital sites and community health service areas.
  • Oversee programs/departments/services to support operational leaders, remove barriers to patient transition and develop a culture of patient-centred care across the health care continuum.


  • Master’s level of education in a field related to health care management;
  • Seven (7) to Ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
