Fraser Health has a position to highlight those skills as a Leader, Work Design & Compensation within the dynamic and complex healthcare industry in British Columbia.

Reporting to the Director, Compensation, Benefits and Management Services you will:

  • Manage a dynamic team of Client Partners and be accountable for planning and leading the provision of work design and compensation consulting services for Fraser Health.
  • Make recommendations on appropriate organization structures in terms of job design and job classification cost impact.
  • Prepare job descriptions and ensure appropriate classifications are established.
  • Review and resolve classification appeals and represent Fraser Health at third party hearings. 
  • Provide a consistent and appropriate level of service to meet the service needs of Fraser Health.

Here is what the successful applicant looks like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Seven to nine years’ experience in work design and classification/compensation functions in a health care environment,
  • Familiarity with health sector job classification systems.
