Site Emergency Operations Centre Lead Registered Nurse, Emergency Registered Nurse, Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit

Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Vice President is a member of the Executive Team and is jointly accountable for the attainment Fraser Health's operating strategies and priorities.

The temporary Site Emergency Operations Centre Lead (COVID) positionwill lead, plan, implement and/or evaluate the COVID-19 prevention and outbreak response within owned/operated, contracted, and private Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living sites across the Fraser Health area. Within sites experiencing an outbreak, you will pull together a variety of required partners, facilitate the initial site EOC meeting, and provide consultation and advice regarding practice protocols, quality and safety guidelines and COVID-19 response processes. You will assess site and human resource needs, identify gaps, evaluate response status, develop and/or recommend tools sought at both outbreak containment and prevention.
