Work in a busy healthcare environment where your daily role involves working as an integrated Workplace Health team member in a dynamic, comprehensive Disability Management Program.

Reporting to the Managing Consultant, Disability Programs, you are responsible for the case management of ill/injured employees focusing on the development, negotiation and implementation of rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, return to work plans and duty to accommodate agreements. You will also participate in the development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of musculoskeletal injury prevention programs.

As the successful candidate you have a Bachelor’s Degree in a health discipline such as Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Occupational Health Nursing plus five years’ recent, related experience in a large multi-union environment and registration with the appropriate professional organization.
