As Policy Analyst, Population & Public Health Initiatives, you provide support to emerging and ongoing population and public health initiatives as determined by the Population & Public Health senior leadership team and its partners/stakeholders. Under the guidance of the Consultant, Population Health Strategy and/or in collaboration with other population and public health team members, you perform, coordinate, and oversee project-dependent activities.
Contribute to activities across the spectrum of population and public health, from data management to evaluation, surveillance to reporting, and policy development to training. Work collaboratively with team members and community partners as you carry out project plans and achieve objectives related to the project.
As the successful candidate, you have a Master's degree in Public Health, Health Science, or a health-related discipline and three year’s recent related public health and project management experience including experience with program/project development and evaluation, research grants, strategic planning, change management, epidemiology and/or biostatics.
This position is conveniently located near rapid transit at our Central City offices in Surrey BC.
