Environmental Health Officers can provide assistance and information in the identification and control of common household pests, such as insects and rodents. The only Health Protection office that offers direct pest control services is in Burnaby, where a rat baiting program on private occupied lands is administered. If you have any question regarding pest infestation, please contact your local Environmental Health Officer.
