Registered Nurse
Working in a hospital unit, you will consult with the health care team, identify, plan, and coordinate the nursing needs of patients, and arrange and follow up on other services such as lab tests to ensure patient needs are met. You will use a variety of medical equipment and may supervise other staff and prepare work schedules. You will assist patients and families to understand medical conditions and care plans.
Education / Training / Experience
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing (4 years full time)
- Current practicing registration with the College of Registered Nurses' of British Columbia
- Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
