Our practice start program provides an opportunity for third and fourth year nursing students to gain paid, practical job experience before graduation. Our program supports undergraduate and new graduate nurses as they begin their transition to become skilled registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses.
With our practice start program, you will be warmly welcomed and supported in establishing your new nursing career. Hiring fairs
All employed student nurses (ESN) are interviewed at our hiring fairs. Our hiring fairs bring managers and potential ESNs together at one time, to simplify and expedite the hiring process. It also provides the ESNs with networking opportunities at Fraser Health. Attendance at hiring fairs is by invitation only.
