We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Case Manager in our Mental Health & Addictions office located in Surrey, British Columbia!
In this position you will :
• Work with adult clients with severe, complex and persistent mental illnesses
• Provide assessment, treatment, consultation, and follow up
• Utilize the Case Management model
To join our team you will have :
• Masters of Social Work, Clinical Counselling or other relevant health related discipline,
• Experience in a community or hospital psychiatric setting, or in a rapid response crisis stabilization function.
